About SpokedSTL

I founded SpokedSTL in July 2011 as a way to contribute to the growing urban cycling community in my hometown, Saint Louis, Missouri. Shortly after launching the blog, I began throwing races and events. Eventually, SpokedSTL moved from the small unsanctioned races to helping with the planning and execution of large festivals and sanctioned professional races.

The purpose of SpokedSTL is to bring cyclists together. Mountain bike, track bike, fat bike, or road bike, it doesn’t matter.
